Prism Restaurant & Gallery is truly unique. Chef Lisa Sojka has created the perfect blend of casual elegance and intimate hospitality. Surrounded by peaceful gardens and an airy patio, guests can leisurely browse the hundreds of colorful blown glass pieces by over 80 artists, then enjoy world-class cuisine in a surprisingly familiar atmosphere. Prism’s bar menu and Sunday Brunch are equally delicious, prepared with the same attention to taste and presentation.

 

At Prism Restaurant & Gallery, fine blown glass and local artwork meld with creative cuisine in a unique Maine setting.  Prism’s owner and chef Lisa Sojka has created a one-of-a-kind dining experience in an artistic atmosphere.  By fusing a glass gallery and a relaxed fine-dining restaurant, guests can enjoy and purchase the work of more than 80 nationally- known glass artists  while sitting down to a mouth-watering meal.

Each year, the Prism menu changes to adapt to new skills acquired in the kitchen, as well as the best available ingredients. Of course, there are often daily specials inspired by the season, the sea, and sometime our mood. But whatever it is, it is always worthy of the distinction “special”.

We’re giving lunch back it’s good name. Our lunch menu is creative, quick, and perfect for a meeting with old friends or new clients. Lunch is served Wednesday through Saturday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Dinner

Whether it’s a special occasion or a quiet night out, dinner at Prism Restaurant & Gallery is always just right. We make every appetizer, entree, and desert with one goal in mind; make it special. We serve dinner Wednesday through Sunday 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

 

Brunch

Tastefully relaxed, our brunch takes classic offerings and adds a creative twist that can only be Prism. Brunch is served Sundays only 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
